With extensive expertise in organizational transformation, she recently earned a doctorate in leadership from the University of Southern California and also holds a masters degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
Carrie is deeply committed to supporting education and community development. She serves on the board of the Stelos Alliance, where she has established scholarships to support students at Texas State University. She is also an active supporter of organizations like Chi Omega and is a member of the Rotary Club.
In 2024, she launched a major partnership with the NFL Alumni Association to help former players become entrepreneurs.
