Ed Blair

Ed Blair is the President and Vice-Chairman of the Board at Lutron Electronics, where he leads global operations and drives business growth. An alumnus of Lehigh University with a background in engineering, he was instrumental in the 2018 acquisition of Ketra and is a prolific inventor with a focus on product innovation.

Outside of work, Ed is passionate about youth development through athletics. He has dedicated over 14 years to coaching various youth sports, including flag football, basketball, baseball, and softball, to help young people grow through competition and teamwork.

He is an accomplished inventor who holds more than 95 U. S. patents for design, utility, and system development.
