Eileen Vieira is the Co-Founder and Director of Clinical Services at Lifestyle Enhancement. A graduate of the University of New Hampshire and a C. H. E. K. Practitioner Level 4, she specializes in creating personalized, holistic health programs to address chronic health issues and optimize well-being for her clients.

Her personal journey overcoming health challenges fueled her passion for holistic wellness. Outside of her clinical work, she emphasizes the importance of living a balanced lifestyle and connecting with nature as fundamental components of overall health and vitality.
