Eliana Bravos is a social impact entrepreneur and the Co-Founder of ND Connect, a mentorship and community platform for neurodivergent people. She also founded the non-profit Viability, which empowers neurodivergent individuals in their careers. She holds an HBSc from the University of Toronto in Psychology and Peace, Conflict, and Justice.
Passionate about creating inclusive spaces, Eliana brings her own lived experience with ADHD to advocate for systemic change. Outside of her professional advocacy, she enjoys traveling, hiking, art, gardening, and cooking. She believes deeply in leading with curiosity and making people feel genuinely considered.
