Ellen Cunningham

Ellen Cunningham is the founder and owner of Conservation Properties, Inc. , a real estate and land management company she established in 1993. She specializes in representing landowners of legacy properties, guiding them through conservation options. She is a graduate of Georgia Southern University and serves on the board of the Georgia-Alabama Land Trust.

Outside of her professional work, Ellen is deeply passionate about the outdoors. Her personal interests include quail hunting, fishing, and boating, activities she often enjoys with her family. This personal connection to nature directly reflects her career dedication to land conservation.

For over three decades, she has focused on helping families preserve their unique, multi-generational legacy properties.
