Ellen Vause

Ellen Vause is the City Manager for Hawthorne, Florida, with a strong background in municipal finance, budgeting, and grant administration. She previously served as City Manager for Webster, FL, and holds a bachelors degree in business administration from the University of Central Florida, having started her career in local government in 2011.

Outside of her official duties, Ellen enjoys spending quality time with her family. She has a personal interest in exploring the outdoors and particularly enjoys visiting Floridas natural springs, showing an appreciation for the states natural environment and recreational activities.

She has over a decade of experience serving in municipal government roles across Florida.
