Emanuel DiNatale

Emanuel DiNatale is a Tax Partner at BDO with extensive experience in business and individual tax planning, succession, and estate planning. A graduate of Robert Morris University, he specializes in the tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations. He previously served as Chairman of the Board for Alpern Rosenthal for over a decade.

Emanuel is an active member of the Pittsburgh community, demonstrated by his leadership role on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of The Duquesne Club, a prominent local social club. He is a frequent speaker for various business and professional associations on complex tax subjects.

He has been a shareholder and partner in major accounting firms since 1988, showcasing over three decades of high-level tax expertise.
