Emanuele Di Stasio

Emanuele is the Vice President of Engineering at Hermeus, where he leads the development of hypersonic aircraft. His expertise is built on a foundation of advanced propulsion, having previously served as a Lead Propulsion Engineer at SpaceX. He holds both Masters and Bachelors degrees from Loyola Marymount University.

He maintains a strong interest in prominent Italian engineering companies, including aerospace propulsion specialist Avio Aero and major shipbuilder FINCANTIERI. This points to a passion for advanced aerospace and maritime technology, particularly from his heritage.

He is part of a team developing aircraft to fly at more than five times the speed of sound.
