Eric is the Head of SPAC Banking at Odeon Capital Group, leveraging over 25 years of capital markets experience. He brings a unique perspective, having previously founded Dane Capital Management, a value-oriented investment firm with a significant focus on SPACs. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS from The Wharton School.
Outside of his professional work, Eric is involved in community and philanthropic activities, serving as a board member for the American Friends of Bar Ilan University. In college, he was President of a student-run investment fund and also served as the Editor-in-Chief of the University of Chicagos business school newspaper.
He has deep expertise on both the buy-side and sell-side of SPAC transactions, having been an investor before becoming an advisor.
