With over 18 years at Deloitte advising financial institutions on blockchain and Web3, she is a recognized expert in the digital asset ecosystem. She holds a BA from Villanova University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Outside of her corporate role, Erica is deeply committed to community service. She serves as a board member for the Girl Scouts of Greater New York, focusing on developing courage, confidence, and character in young girls. She has also been an advisory board member for the non-profit, Girls with Impact.
Erica led Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives at Deloitte for the Greater Tri-state Women & Allies team and nationally for the Blockchain & Digital Assets practice.
