Evelyn Lee

Evelyn Lee is the founder of the Taiwanese food brand Kung-Fu Mama, under the company Leecious. An entrepreneur from age 22, she scaled her initial online noodle business into four restaurants before pivoting to create a global brand. She was the Silver Award winner for Business Woman of the Year in the UK in 2021.

Originally from Taiwan, Evelyn moved to the UK in 2019 to establish her own distribution and build her brand internationally, a significant leap as she had never traveled abroad before. Her mission is to introduce authentic, high-quality Taiwanese food to a global audience, free from artificial additives.

Evelyn and her husband made the bold decision to close their four successful restaurants to focus on building a scalable, global brand.
