Gabrielle (Ellie) Rubenstein

Gabrielle (Ellie) Rubenstein is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Manna Tree, a private equity firm dedicated to investing in companies that improve human health. She leverages over a decade of experience in asset management and impact investing to guide the firms strategy. She holds an MBA from Indiana Universitys Kelley School of Business.

Growing up in Alaska, Ellie is an avid outdoorswoman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and skiing. This connection to nature fuels her professional mission to create a more transparent and healthier food supply chain. She is also an active philanthropist, supporting military health, youth education, and wilderness conservation through her family office, Mission: Ingredients.

After a traumatic brain injury in her early twenties, Ellie had to relearn how to walk and talk, a pivotal experience that deepened her commitment to health and wellness.
