Gavin Smith is the People Director at Frive, focusing on enhancing organizational effectiveness and shaping business strategy through HR. He is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and is currently studying Business Psychology, with previous leadership roles at Brompton Bicycle and the Commonwealth War Graves Commission.
He is deeply passionate about advocating for the LGBTQIA+ community in the workplace. Much of his recent focus has been on his dissertation research, which explores the mental health, job satisfaction, and engagement of LGBTQIA+ employees based in the UK.
