Geoff Hoffmann
Login to view DISC.Geoff Hoffmann is the CEO of the private equity arm of Hoffmann Family of Companies, where he spearheads new investments and portfolio growth. He is also Chairman of DHR Global, an executive search firm he led as CEO from 2012 to 2025. He earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Residing in the Chicago area, Geoff co-founded Type 1 Timer Hockey (T1T), a nonprofit hockey camp for children with type 1 diabetes, with his wife Megan. He is also a member of the Economic Club of Chicago and serves on the board of Breakthrough T1D, formerly JDRF Illinois.
Interesting fact: After joining his familys firm DHR in 1999 as an associate, he eventually succeeded his father as CEO in 2012.
