Ghislain Houle

Ghislain Houle is the Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer at CN, where he has built his career since 1997. A Chartered Professional Accountant with an MBA from McGill University, he has deep expertise in corporate finance, investor relations, and financial strategy within the transportation industry.

Outside of his role at CN, Ghislain is actively involved in the Montreal community. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Montreal Port Authority and has previously co-chaired the major fundraising campaign for Centraide of Greater Montreal, showcasing his commitment to local development and philanthropy.

He has spent over two decades at CN, progressing from Director of Finance to his current C-suite position.
