Girts Strencis is the Founder and CEO of Baltic Watches and CEO of CHRONO. LV, with over a decade of professional experience in the luxury watch industry. He established the first full-service watch center in the Baltic states, specializing in Swiss timepieces and pioneering the regions pre-owned luxury watch market.

Watches are Girtss primary passion, which he describes as both a hobby and a profession. He compares his love for timepieces to an appreciation for books, viewing a watch as an "intellectual gourmands delicacy of fashion" and a timeless personal asset for collectors.

His company was the first in the Baltic states to introduce a circular business model of repurchasing, exchanging, and reselling certified pre-owned watches.
