Gloria Shuttlesworth

Gloria Shuttlesworth is the former Assistant City Manager for the City of Riviera Beach, a role she held for over a decade. Her extensive experience includes serving as Interim City Manager and Interim Utilities Director, where she managed key infrastructure projects and community development initiatives. She attended San Francisco State University.

After retiring in 2011, she has remained engaged in civic matters, returning to speak at a City Council meeting in 2018.

A key accomplishment during her tenure was successfully obtaining a long-overdue consumptive use water permit for the citys utility district.
