Griffin is the founder of Commonwealth Insurance Partners and CIP Risk, with over 20 years of experience in employee benefits and risk management. A graduate of Centre College and a Health Rosetta Certified Advisor, he is also the author of the Amazon best-seller, "Life and Death Decisions in the C-Suite."
A native Kentuckian, Griffin is passionate about his home state, founding the "Built in the Bluegrass" podcast to highlight local manufacturers and creators. He is deeply involved in his community as a graduate of Leadership Louisville, a Rotarian, and a board member for various non-profit organizations.
