She studied Photography at the San Francisco Art Institute.
Outside of her culinary success, Gwendolyn is a mother to three sons who have been integral to her recipe development. She previously designed and built a luxury vacation home in Sun Valley, Idaho, and co-founded a company creating sterling silver cake decor. Her personal brand is intertwined with creating magical, celebratory experiences.
Interesting fact: Gwendolyn created her own proprietary chocolate blend with French chocolatiers Callebaut, which is used exclusively in her shops.
