He is a social entrepreneur focused on reforming food systems and driving policy change. Haile is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvanias Wharton School of Business.
Based in Philadelphia, Haile is a father of four who is passionate about building capacity in diverse communities. He and his wife also founded the East Park Revitalization Alliance in their Strawberry Mansion neighborhood. His work is inspired by his father, who sold fresh produce in North Philadelphia.
He was a Food and Community Fellow with the Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy.
