Hannah Genton is the Founding Partner of CGL, a distributed law firm disrupting the traditional BigLaw model. Her practice focuses on M&A, venture financing, and commercial contracting for high-growth companies. A graduate of UC Berkeley School of Law, she began her career at Cooley LLP.
Outside of her legal work, Hannah is a passionate advocate for attorney mental health, wellness, and work-life balance. She is also a public speaker, a podcast host, and is studying to become a certified death doula, reflecting a deep interest in end-of-life care.
