Helge Ege

Helge Ege is a Partner and the office manager for Deloitte in Lyngdal, where he has worked for nearly 20 years. He is a state-authorized public accountant, specializing in advising international corporations and family-owned businesses on financial management, restructuring, and generational shifts. He holds a Masters from the Norwegian School of Economics.

Helge is actively involved in his local community as the recruitment manager for the youth division of the local sports club, Lyngdal IL. In this volunteer role, he is responsible for organizing new teams, recruiting coaches, and developing the clubs overall recruitment plan.

After almost two decades with Deloitte, he is starting a new professional venture beginning in December 2025.
