Hoeckendorf Vincent

Vincent is a graduate student pursuing a Master of Science in Translational Neuroscience at the University of Düsseldorf. His academic focus includes imaging and clinical neuroanatomy, supplemented by previous research in cognitive science. He has held roles in both academic research and the pharmaceutical industry with Johnson & Johnson.

Vincent is also a successful entrepreneur, having co-founded Röstbrüder, a leading specialty coffee roastery in Central Germany. He started the business with a mobile coffee bar in 2019 and has grown it into a well-regarded brand known for its hand-roasted, directly imported coffee and commitment to sustainability.

He balances a career in advanced neuroscience research with a passion for the craft and business of specialty coffee.
