Outside of her primary roles, Isabelle is a venture capital investor through Pi Campus, a startup district she co-founded. Passionate about fostering talent and well-being, she created "Isas Kitchen, " an initiative where she cooks for employees to encourage informal connections. She is a mother of three and enjoys sports, reading, and tea.
