With a background as a software engineer and over 15 years of experience, he focuses on creating user-centric solutions that simplify complexity and boost operational efficiency for clients.

Outside of work, J Daks enjoys strategy games and puzzles, a hobby that has taught him to anticipate roadblocks and think several steps ahead in business. He is also committed to social impact, leading his company in providing coding workshops for underprivileged youth and developing sustainability-focused technology.

He previously founded Arches Construction, a company recognized in CIO magazine as a top architecture and web company.
