Jack Kitching

Recently appointed Assistant Principal at ACES, Jack Kitching is a leader in alternative education with a background in social studies. He holds both Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Connecticut and focuses on curriculum development, restorative practices, and fostering academic excellence for diverse student populations.

Jack is driven by a passion for educational equity and improving student outcomes. His work is centered on creating supportive and innovative learning environments, particularly for students in alternative settings. He is committed to collaborating with educational teams to empower every student and nurture a positive school culture.

He has spearheaded the development of programs aimed at enhancing school culture and youth justice through restorative practices.
