Jack Marshall

Jack Marshall is a Licensed Sales Consultant with Harcourts Holmwood, known for his sharp negotiation and clear communication in the Canterbury real estate market. Drawing on his Bachelor of Performing Arts, he brings a unique energy to his role and often collaborates with his father, Steven Marshall, in a dynamic team.

Outside of real estate, Jack has a deep-rooted passion for the arts, stemming from a past career as a professional stage performer across New Zealand. He remains actively involved in the theatre community as a producer, actor, and sponsorship manager for the Blackboard Theatre Collective.

He successfully transitioned from a career performing on stages around the country to a new one in real estate, swapping what he calls "full houses" for filling houses.
