Jacqueline Patterson

An accomplished author and activist, she previously founded and directed the NAACP Environmental and Climate Justice Program for over a decade. She holds a Masters degree from The Johns Hopkins University.
Her passion for social justice was ignited during her time as a Peace Corps volunteer in Jamaica. She is a dedicated advocate for racial, gender, economic, and environmental justice, consistently working to empower marginalized communities through grassroots organizing and policy analysis.
She has authored multiple works, including a chapter titled "Climate Change is a Civil Rights Issue."
