Jacquie Silvester MSc Env Mgmt (Open), PISEP

Jacquie Silvester is the Founder of Bright Green Edge and Head of Sustainability & Improvement at The Cotswold Company. An expert in embedding ESG strategy into corporate culture, she holds a Masters degree from The Open University and is certified Carbon Literate, focusing on practical carbon and waste reduction.

Jacquie is passionate about empowering environmental change from the bottom up. This is reflected in her volunteer work as a Board of Trustees member for the Norwich Unity Hub, a charity focused on addressing climate, pollution, and biodiversity issues at a community level.

She simultaneously leads corporate sustainability for a major retailer while running her own consultancy to make sustainability simple and accessible for all.
