Jaimie Lickers is the Senior Vice President of Indigenous Markets at CIBC, where she leads the banks strategy for Indigenous clients. A graduate of Queens University, she transitioned from a successful legal career, where she was the National Leader of the Indigenous Law Group at Gowling WLG, to banking in 2020.
She is a member of the Onondaga Nation from the Six Nations of the Grand River and integrates her personal and professional life to advance economic reconciliation. A former competitive gymnast and coach, she attributes her work ethic and leadership style to the discipline and dedication she learned from the sport.
Jaimie has received numerous awards, including being named one of Canadas "Top 25 Most Influential Lawyers" and one of WXNs Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada.
