Jane Marie Chen

Jane Chen is a globally recognized entrepreneur, author, and speaker who co-founded Embrace Global. Her organization developed a groundbreaking low-cost infant incubator that has helped save over one million babies. A graduate of Stanfords GSB and Harvards Kennedy School, she now focuses on leadership coaching, speaking on topics like resilience, purpose, and innovation.

Outside of her professional life, Jane is a passionate surfer and meditator, often writing about the life lessons she learns from these practices. She has recently channeled her creative energy into writing a memoir, "Like a Wave We Break, " which explores her personal journey of transformation and healing after facing immense professional challenges.

Janes invention was born from a challenge in a Stanford class called "Design for Extreme Affordability" to build an incubator for less than 1% of the traditional cost.
