Jay Corrigan

Jay Corrigan is the Group Chief Financial Officer for Private Markets at Bain Capital, where he has worked since 2003. His expertise is in private equity finance, built upon a foundation in accounting at Ernst & Young and a BS in Accounting from Fordham University, guiding the firms financial strategy across its private market platforms.

Outside of his corporate role, Jay is committed to community and education. He serves on the Board of Directors for Breakthrough Greater Boston, a non-profit focused on educational equity. He also actively engages with his alma mater, Fordham University, by speaking with and mentoring current business students.

He has spent over two decades at Bain Capital, rising internally to become the Group CFO.
