Jeffrey Barg is a communications director, urban planner, and policy expert at OIC of America, focusing on workforce development and economic justice. A University of Pennsylvania graduate with a Masters in City Planning, he excels at translating complex policy into accessible language to advance equity and improve communities through greening and the arts.
Outside of work, Jeffrey is deeply involved in Philadelphias arts scene, having written the book and lyrics for a musical based on his long-running grammar column. He also performs in local theater, has been an active poll worker since 2021, and enjoys playing blues guitar.
