Jennifer Flanagan is the President and CEO of Actua, Canadas largest STEM outreach organization. An alumna of McGill University and the Rotman School of Management, she is a leading expert on equipping Canadian youth, particularly girls and Indigenous students, with the critical skills needed for the future of work.

Outside of her primary role, Jennifer is deeply committed to gender equity and volunteers for several boards focused on innovation and education. She is also an active girls hockey coach and works to promote the participation of girls and women in sports.

She has been named one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women multiple times and was inducted into the WXN Hall of Fame in 2024.
