Jeremy is an Online Fitness and Nutrition Coach and the Founder of Huddle Health Coaching, where he specializes in helping executives over 40 achieve sustainable weight loss. He holds a Bachelors in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with CrossFit L1 & L2 certifications.
Outside of his professional life, Jeremy is a family man who enjoys camping with his wife and daughter. He previously worked as a General Manager at FitELITE, where he focused on building community and personal relationships among gym members.
He uses a proprietary "Momentum Method" to help busy professionals lose weight without restrictive food logging or adding more workouts.
