His career, spanning education, social services, and the arts, is dedicated to building impactful corporate partnerships that support students and educators. He studied at the University of Houston-Downtown and The University of Texas at Austin.
Outside of his development work, Jerry is an accomplished artist. As an award-winning composer, violinist, and filmmaker, he has toured internationally with his band, Two Star Symphony, headlined at SXSW, and delivered a TEDx talk. He also performs with improv comedy groups in Chicago, where he currently resides.
Unique fact: His band, Two Star Symphony, was commissioned to compose and perform an original score for the American Ballet Theatre.
