Jim Standing
Examiner · DISC type csJim Standing is the Co-founder and CCO of Fourth Element, a market-leading brand in thermal protection for scuba divers. A University of Cambridge graduate, he is a key figure in the diving community, also serving as Vice Chairman for the Scuba Industries Trade Association.
Outside of his executive role, Jim is a passionate scuba diver and a vocal advocate for marine conservation. He dedicates time to fostering new talent in the marine industries through his work as European Coordinator for the Our World-Underwater Scholarship Society.
He co-founded Fourth Element with a friend after a conversation on the back of a dive boat, turning a personal passion into a global brand.
