Jim Von Rinteln

Jim von Rinteln is the Regional Chief Executive Officer for the American Red Cross in Connecticut and Rhode Island. With a background in international humanitarian aid, including at Save the Children, he specializes in non-profit operations. He holds a Masters degree from the University of London.

Outside of his professional role, Jim is a resident of Fairfield, Connecticut, where he lives with his wife and two children. His previous career involved extensive international travel to Africa, Asia, and Latin America, reflecting a deep commitment to global humanitarian causes and diverse cultures.

Before leading the Red Cross region, he served as Director of Global Program Operations at Save the Children.
