A graduate of the University of North Dakota, he focuses on building long-term relationships to help families and business owners achieve financial security. His team consistently receives recognition, including being ranked on the Forbes Best-in-State list.
Outside of work, JJ is dedicated to his family and community. He and his wife, Alexy, are raising their four children and are very active in their sports and activities. He is also a passionate supporter of University of North Dakota athletics and various community causes, including Alexs Lemonade Stand Foundation.
Following a lead gift, the University of North Dakota unveiled the J.J. Safranski Northwestern Mutual Team Room in 2022.
