With over 30 years of experience that began as a carpenter, he has a proven track record of leadership in the oil & gas, power, and mining sectors, overseeing extensive operations across Canada.
Outside of work, Joe is actively involved in his community. He is a passionate supporter of youth sports development in Regina, particularly championing organizations that provide skill coaching and leadership training for young athletes.
He leads Soogadin, a joint venture with the Fort McKay First Nation, which is the largest Indigenous scaffolding, insulation, and fireproofing provider in Canada.
