Joe is the Founder and CEO of Confit Pathways, an organization focused on mentoring youth in the justice system to reduce recidivism rates. A graduate of UNSW Business School, he uses his expertise in non-profit leadership and advocacy to deliver transformative programs in partnership with government and community groups.
Joes professional mission is driven by his own life story. He discovered the power of education and mentorship while incarcerated, an experience that inspired him to help young people find positive pathways. He is a passionate advocate for challenging societal perceptions and creating second chances.
While serving a 13-year prison sentence, Joe began his Bachelor of Commerce degree, ultimately going from inmate to CEO.
