John B Stapleton

John is a serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, known for pioneering new consumer categories. He co-founded and successfully exited both the New Covent Garden Soup Co. and Little Dish. Currently, he is an active investor, advisor, and mentor to startups, notably through Mission Ventures and The Redesdale Food & Beverage Fund.

Originally from a farm in Ireland, Johns interest in food science and nutrition was sparked by his time as a sportsman representing Ireland in track and field. He has a passion for business and often speaks on entrepreneurial topics, sharing lessons from both his successes and failures. He currently resides in both Munich and London.
