John Russell

John Russell is the Presiding Commissioner of Greene County and the President of Pillar Insurance. Leveraging his Business Administration degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, he has built a career spanning public service and private enterprise, including a role as a Governors Deputy Chief of Staff.
