John Shaver

John Shaver is the Vice President of Manufacturing at Procter & Gamble, where he has built a career over more than 17 years. He leads operations at the Tabler Station facility in West Virginia and previously managed a major $501M expansion in Lima, Ohio. He holds a B. S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Tennessee.

John is noted for his commitment to advancing sustainable practices within the manufacturing sector. He and his wife have enjoyed being welcomed into the local communities where his work has taken them, including their time living in the Lima, Ohio area.

He spearheaded the largest investment in the history of P&Gs Lima plant, overseeing a $501 million expansion to meet growing consumer demand.
