John Taylor McEntire is an executive coach and founder of the SYNC Method™, an operating system for newly promoted executives. With over 30 years of global experience in innovation and technology transfer, particularly in Japan and the Middle East, he helps leaders build credibility and orchestrate team performance. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Illinois.
John developed a fascination for world cultures from a young age, having grown up in a diverse household and serving as a missionary in Japan. This led him to major in Japanese in college, where he was also President of the Society for Asian Studies. He is a published author on authenticity and career transitions.
