Jonathan Wearing

As Managing Partner of Ison Harrison since 2007, Jonathan has guided the law firms significant regional growth from three offices to over sixteen. He joined as a personal injury solicitor in 2000 and was instrumental in transitioning the firm to become one of the UKs first exclusively employee-owned law firms in 2022.

Outside of his legal career, Jonathan is a family man who enjoys holidays and has a diverse taste in music, including New Order and Take That. He is actively involved in community initiatives, personally participating in the firms charity fundraising events like sponsored cycling challenges. His favorite book was written by his grandfather.

He led his firms successful and innovative transition to an entirely employee-owned business model.
