As Sr. Manager of Collaboration, he oversees video, messaging, calling, and contact center solutions, focusing on integrating advanced automation. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton.

Outside of his direct responsibilities, Joseph is driven by a strong passion for continuous improvement, a principle that guides his approach to technology and process optimization. He has built his entire senior management career within American Eagle, showing significant company loyalty and adaptability.

He has progressed from a Network Engineer to leading the entire collaboration and communication strategy for a major retailer.
