Joseph R. Rotondo is the Founder and CEO of Smearcase, the creator of the worlds first frozen cottage cheese dessert, FroCo. His expertise lies in brand building and direct-to-consumer e-commerce, with previous experience at Candy Digital and The Topps Company. Outside of work, Joseph is a marathon runner whose post-workout craving for a high-protein dessert directly inspired his companys creation.
