Julie Holzman is the founder and owner of Holzman Interiors, a firm she established in 1991. With over 30 years of experience, she specializes in minimalist and functional spaces, particularly kitchens and bathrooms, serving clients in New York and Connecticut. She earned a BA from Syracuse University and a Certificate in Interior Design from Fairfield University.
After starting her career in fashion design, Julie transitioned to interior design following the birth of her third child. Her design aesthetic evolved from traditional to a more contemporary and minimalist style, influenced by a transformative trip to Vietnam. She is also a member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID).
She grew her business from a single client in Westport, CT, to working on seven homes on that same street shortly after completing her first kitchen project there.
