Julie Lanning

Julie Lanning is a seasoned banking executive serving as Director of Operations and EVP at Northwest Bank. A graduate of The University of Iowa, she previously spent 28 years at First National Bank in Creston, rising to President/CEO. Her expertise includes operational systems, financial management, and regulatory compliance.

Julie is deeply committed to her communitys economic and social well-being. This is demonstrated through her long career in local banking and her past service as a board member for the Union County Development Association, an organization focused on business retention, housing, and tourism.

After a distinguished 28-year career culminating as President/CEO of First National Bank in Creston, she embraced a new challenge at Northwest Bank.
